Their regulars also shared that when it comes to food, they surely know how to deliver. They added that the dishes here are a flavour explosion in every bite.

Now, let’s taco-bout the operating hours. Liquor and Burn understand that accessibility is key, so they’re open seven days a week until midnight. 

No need to worry about missing out on your Mexcellent fix—whether it’s for lunch, dinner, or a late-night snack, they’ve got you covered.

Of course, we can’t forget about the price. Eating out should be a treat, not a budget-buster. 

We commend them for offering reasonable prices, ensuring that customers’ wallet stays happy while their taste buds embark on a culinary adventure.

And what about customer service? From our surveys, its staff is known to be friendly — creating a welcoming atmosphere. 

However, we did encounter a couple of negative remarks. One diner shared that they had to repeatedly ask for essentials like cutlery and napkins, which took away from the overall experience.

Despite this, we still believe that they are worth the try because of the taste of their dishes and affordability.

Tortilla is a vibrant restaurant that serves fresh and authentic Mexican delights. We were definitely  impressed that they have a wide variety of dishes here!

From award-winning burritos to tantalising nachos and tacos — there is something for everyone. So, we think it would be perfect to bring a rather big group of friends or family here!

When it comes to their food, regular customers proudly rated them a solid 5 out of 5! We like that they have a range of vegetarian and vegan options –  catering to those with dietary preferences.

On top of this, we also appreciate that they also assist those with food allergies. While they don’t have a separate menu, customers may inform the cashier of their restrictions and the staff will happily take care of it. 

One of their best-sellers is the Chilangos, and we believe that this vegan option is a must-try as it’s both healthy and packed with flavour.

Based on our surveys, Tortilla’s staff is known to be friendly, courteous, and professional which makes the dining experience all the more enjoyable. However, there were a couple of hiccups reported by some customers. 

First, churros went missing from an order. The horror!

And second, there were issues with slow delivery and shifting delivery times, resulting in cold food. Nobody wants a chilly burrito, right?

Despite this, we still think that they are worth the try since they are quick to address such concerns as soon as the customers raise them.

We think that dining at Chiquito is like stepping into Mexico — where vibrant and delicious dishes await.

When it comes to their dishes, their diners shared that this restaurant hits the mark with delicious and well-presented dishes bursting with flavour. 

Their regulars shared that the kitchen knows how to deliver piping hot plates of goodness which includes the must-try habanero prawns.

Now, let’s talk about customer service. We are happy to share that most customers have been positive, highlighting friendly and attentive staff members like Roxanne and Nicola.

According to them, these staff members truly enhance the dining experience. We believe that quick service is a big plus, as nobody wants to wait around for their food or drinks. 

Unfortunately, some diners have reported issues with misleading promotions and less-than-stellar service. We felt a bit iffy to learn that advertised student discounts may not always be available due to mysterious events that no one seems to know about. 

But hey, it’s not all doom and gloom! We like that they address these issues quickly.

On top of this, they are still worth the try as this team surely knows how to throw a fiesta with their enticing events and promos. 

Whether you’re looking for bottomless drinks, entertainment, games, and prizes, or want to feed your mini-migos for free, keep an eye on their website and social media for updates.

We learned that Barburrito knows how to satisfy Mexican cravings with their excellent flavours and top-notch ingredients. It’s no wonder they’ve been praised as one of the best options around.

While they have two branches in Arndale and Picadilly, we will be focusing on the later for this review since it has more foot traffic. 

From the mouthwatering burrito bowls to their vegan-friendly options, every bite is a burst of yumminess that satisfied their regular customers.

And let’s not forget about their customer service! One of the standout experiences mentioned by patrons was the lovely girl who served them.

According to them, the kindness radiating from her makes the dining experience an absolute pleasure. Who doesn’t love being treated like a VIP while enjoying delicious food? It’s a winning combo!

But, alas, not everyone is happy and their customer service seems to be inconsistent. 

For instance, one diner had their “too good to go bag” order cancelled without prior notice, leading to disappointment and a not-so-great attitude from the staff behind the counter. 

Additionally, another staff member mentioned rude staff and attempted to charge extra, which left a bitter taste in their mouth. 

Back to more positive things, Barburrito stands strong with its daily operating hours, ensuring that customers can satisfy their burrito cravings whenever they strike. 

And hey, they even offer delivery through Deliveroo, making it even more convenient to enjoy their delectable creations from the comfort of your own home.

La Casita is a cosy Mexican restaurant in Chorlton that aims to bring the vibrant flavours and authentic street food of Mexico to Manchester. 

We find it impressive that they boast a menu with an authentic feel, setting itself apart from the other restaurants in the area. Customers we spoke with raved about the fantastic flavours and the true taste of Mexico that they experienced while indulging in La Casita’s tacos.

Plus, they have a great selection of mezcal for all the mezcal aficionados out there. It’s a definite win!

However, we noted conflicting reviews from regulars in one aspect: customer service. While they have been praised in the past for their lovely and accommodating staff, recent reviews have shed light on some not-so-great experiences. 

New staff members have been described as dismissive and slow to take orders, which is a shame considering the previously pleasant encounters. 

And to make matters worse, one unfortunate diner fell ill after consuming the chicken wings, which is a major red flag. However, it’s worth nothing that seems to be an isolated case and the management quickly addressed the issue. 

Also, be aware that the restaurant’s operating hours have been known to be a bit confusing since it varies depending on the day. So it’s advisable to double-check before making your way there.

Despite its drawbacks, we believe that they remain an inviting place with a lovely veranda where you can enjoy your meal.
