This property management company has been in the service of Manchester citizens for almost ten years. It has garnered quite a track record for providing services for tenants and landlords alike.
We tried to chat with the company to inquire about their services yet had no reply. It was only when we called them that we could get hold of them.
The call went pleasantly well, and we were received and answered well by the receptionist, answering the questions we had in mind.
The company’s head management was very kind, capable, and accomodating when we reached out to him. He did a great job of assessing the perfect apartment for us.
We enjoyed the service given to us. As they explained and assessed the property we wanted to rent, we felt we were important and valued by the company.
As the process went on, we went on a couple of apartment tours and were pleased the properties shown were all a good match to our standards.
While their services are up to par, their chat services may need some work. It may be a bother for clients to call the company or reach them personally in their office since chatting is very accessible to many.

We first chatted and called the company, and they answered promptly. Although, while inquiring, they would say, “we will call you back,” which they never did.
So we resorted to going to them personally. The agents in the company were very friendly and accomodating, they asked us questions and entertained us immediately.
The agents were very willing to explain everything and matched us with apartments that fit our description. They accompanied us when it was time to view the properties and drove us to them.
When we chose a place, we were happy to learn that the price was lower than others on this list. We rented a fully furnished apartment and were aided well in processing the papers.
However, it wasn’t what we thought it would be when we occupied the place. There were no curtains, and the place was yet to be repainted.
The manager handling the day-to-day operations was rude, unfortunately. She made it seem that our requests were such a bother for her.
While ten years is a lot of time to improve a company’s customer service, NPP Residential has a lot to learn. It’s not that all the employees were terrible, but having a rude manager can change the customers’ perspective towards the company.
Fortunately, their agents were great enough that we still had a good experience, overall.

It is always a plus to have a beautiful homey place when looking for a place to stay, so we think Essential Living deserves a spot on this list.
This company has an excellent eye for detail in their properties, designed to make clients feel at home even if they are renting. We are pleased with their impeccable taste and outstanding maintenance of the properties.
We always have to look at the bigger picture when reviewing a company. This company may have great furnishings, but its staff members are confusing.
Although it was easy for us to reach them through chat and call, they were quick to reply but were standoffish while answering our questions. While in their physical office, we found that they like to pass clients around while filing paperwork.
That fact was made up for when we went out and did some viewings with our matched properties. They explained the entire moving process and what happens after we lease any of their properties.
The prices weren’t bad either. The prices look high on the surface, but once you see the place, you get why the company asked for such a price.
After settling down in the new place, we started to appreciate their services. The company’s day-to-day services were superb, and complaints reported were immediately addressed.
This company may seem like it has it all. Still, the initial attitude of staff would discourage some people from dealing with their services.

The team at City Superhost was very accomodating with inquiring clients. We could vouch for that after we tried their services ourselves.
This company rents properties for people who want accommodation in Greater Manchester for short periods. We tried to rent out a property, and we were happy when they could find one in less than an hour.
We immediately viewed the places and were amused with the properties that the company showed us. The locations were all in significant areas of the county and are near many valuable amenities such as schools, shopping malls, hospitals, and more.
After choosing a specific property, we were ready to rent it for two months. The company then made us fill out some forms for the paperwork, and the process took over 30 minutes to less than an hour.
Although this company has yet to manage properties for long-term leasing, they are remarkable in renting out apartments and houses for shorter periods.
The company employees exhibited utmost professionalism in their jobs, from assessing our needs to ensuring we settled down properly. We commended this company’s management for doing such an excellent job with that.
Despite the shortage of the company’s scope of services, they still manage to wow customers and clients with their current services.

Premier Residential Lettings is known for matching properties with their clients well. We are amazed by their website’s filtered search feature, helping clients look for their desired properties themselves, whether for letting, renting, leasing, or buying.
This offered us a plethora of choices, and we decided to choose one and contact the company for more details. They were quick to reply to our inquiries and gladly handled our requests.
We then met with the managers to discuss a property we wanted to rent. We were shocked by the derogatory tone they presented to us, and it was far from the warm energy we experienced in the previous chats and calls.
When it was time to view the properties, the manager was rude and couldn’t give us the answers we needed from them.
The time came when we were filling up the paperwork, and we seemed to notice their attitude towards us had shifted. Maybe they were having an off day that day.
We started to move and settled into the property. Although the prices from this company are a tad higher than others on this list, it’s still reasonable considering how well-maintained they are.
During our stay, we had a couple of complaints about their plumbing. The company resolved the issue instantly after we reported it, and they replied within two hours.
