When we’re talking about breast surgeries, Dr. Aftab Siddiqui is a name that keeps turning up, and for good reason. Aside from his private practice, he also consults with the NHS.

He specialises in breast surgeries, and the results we’ve seen have been nothing short of spectacular—with the right fullness without looking unnatural. It was hardly shocking, considering his meticulous approach, from no-pressure consultations to aftercare.

He also received lots of praise for listening to patients and being informative. The ones we spoke with noted Dr. Siddiqui’s honesty about the cons of breast lifts, even going a step further by telling them to wait and think about it more.

The ones who underwent surgery only had positive things to say. They felt confident, as their breasts looked natural without noticeable scars—some you couldn’t even see the scarring.

The aftercare has been top-notch. Dr. Siddiqui’s secretary consistently communicated with patients after the surgery.

He’s spot on, overall. The only challenge—albeit minor—is that his Cheadle clinic is half an hour from the city centre. The results and reasonable pricing make it worth it, though.

One of our most trusted plastic surgeons in Manchester is Dr. Kian Tan, who has proven his capabilities by receiving recognition from prestigious award-giving bodies, including the Plastic Surgeon of the Year UK at the Aesthetics Awards 2023-24.

His track record is brilliant, having performed successful breast surgeries that look lifted and natural. The patients we surveyed appreciated the volume added to their breasts, which looked proportional to their bodies.

Notably, his expertise includes a variety of techniques, which allow him to perform the right incision based on the patient’s skin elasticity.

By the looks of it, Dr. Tan and his staff know how to handle pre- and post-operative care by being responsive, informative, and supportive—professional, overall!

Additionally, the outcome was exactly what his patients wanted. And those who didn’t go through with the breast uplift felt that Dr. Tan communicated the risks properly.

All these come with a price, though, since his clinic charges a bit more for the starting rates. Not that much of a worry, since we were expecting much higher for an award-winning doctor.

Dr. James Murphy, Medical Director of Manchester Plastic Surgery, has practised for over two decades, which is one indication of his expertise. Another is his track record, as the breast surgeries he’s performed have been fantastic.

We were particularly pleased with his use of 3D modelling. It essentially captures the patient’s image, which portrays an accurate picture of what the breast lift will look like.

And the results have been accurate, which speaks volumes about Dr. Murphy’s expertise. The patients came away with what they wanted, and they praised how it looked natural for their body shape.

Consultations have been incredible: professional, clear, and to the point. From what we’ve heard during our surveys, the patients were delighted with the honesty they received, which is lovely as it wasn’t pushy.

The starting prices for Dr. Murphy’s breast lifts in Manchester come at a higher price, however. But it’s fine, as we found that he uses implants that feel like natural breasts for a mastopexy that requires a voluminous look.

If you’re looking for a plastic surgeon with loads of expertise, Dr. Deemesh Oudit is a solid option. 

He’s a consultant plastic surgeon in private practice and the NHS, which makes him a senior doctor who performs surgeries and provides medical advice. One of his many specialisations is mastopexy, and he knows how to create natural-looking results. 

The before-and-after photos we’ve seen have been outstanding, and the patients we conversed with were in the same boat. It shouldn’t have been a shocker, given his experience and professionalism. 

We also admire Dr. Oudit’s meticulousness, which he has shown through his informative and compassionate approach, where the patients felt safe and understood.

For a senior doctor, we thought his prices would be sky high. However, he charges a reasonable amount for an overnight stay at the clinic, starting at £7,000.

He’s a busy fellow, though. He’s only available five days a week, which is one day short compared to other plastic surgeons in Manchester. No worries, since his staff has been very responsive.

We were impressed with Dr. Andrea Marando’s educational background and training, where he received travelling scholarships and has performed thousands of breast surgeries. His referral rate of 80% also shows the many happy patients.
