However, it’s important to note that this establishment leans towards the pricier side. Based on our research, regulars often find themselves spending between £20 to £30 per person per visit — more expensive compared to other buffets in the area.

Despite the higher cost, we believe that this is justified by the premium quality and extensive variety offered on the menu.

On a more positive note, customer service remains a significant highlight here. We received a lot of feedback that their staff not only exudes friendliness but also operates with remarkable speed in attending to diners’ needs.

While the food quality is generally good, we’re a bit disappointed to learn that some dishes miss the mark when it comes to authenticity. Sadly, many patrons have observed that certain dishes lack the original taste expected from their respective cuisines. 

On the other hand, the ambience here contributes positively to the dining experience. We appreciate that they boast a clean and pleasing atmosphere.

However, there was a common customer concern such as the proximity of tables to each other, which some find uncomfortably close. We’re a bit worried that this aspect may impact the overall comfort level, especially during peak dining hours.

It’s also worth noting that a dining experience here typically costs £25 per person. From our surveys, some patrons were a bit concerned that this pricing is a bit on the higher side. 

However, we believe that the wide variety of cuisines, the interactive cooking experience, and the attentive service partially justify the cost for those willing to invest in a diverse and interactive dining escapade.

No.8 Hotpot specialises in traditional hot pots, noodle bowls, and a delectable array of dim sum dishes. According to the regulars that we’ve spoken to, this place is popular for providing a wealth of authentic Chinese flavours.

However, value for money might be a concern for some. We’re surprised to learn that dining here costs approximately £30 to £40 per person.

While it’s one of the most expensive Chinese buffets in the area, we firmly believe that the quality and experience justify the cost.

We’ve spoken with their regulars and most of them mentioned that the lamb in spicy broth is one of the best offerings here. 

Furthermore, One Plus also boasts a multi-level dining setup, with each floor offering its unique specialisation. From their Chinese BBQ & Seafood to Chinese Hot Pot and The Rice & Noodle Bar, we appreciate that they can cater to diverse tastes and preferences. 

In terms of value for money, they also shine brightly. With offerings starting at a reasonable £11 – they stand as one of the most affordable Chinese buffet options in the area.

Sadly, we noted that not everyone is happy with their customer service. While there are those who are pleased with their staff, some customers shared that they were already seated for 20 minutes before someone approached their table for assistance. 

Despite this, we still think that they are worth the try for their affordable rates and wide selection of dishes.
