The Top 5 Restaurants You NEED to Try Near Trafford Park for the Best Bites

Whenever someone asks me what my perfect day out is, one thing I’ll almost always answer is a day out at Trafford Park! There’s nothing better than a walk in the park, with the fresh air in your face and your eyes getting a bit of rest from the screen.

Of course, after having a little walk in the park, I need a bit of food to refuel myself. Doesn’t matter if I’m planning on walking or running again, or going somewhere else afterwards – a lady’s got to eat, after all!

I checked out some of the bites at or near Trafford Park and found some delicious ones. And, no, you don’t need to go to the Trafford Centre if you’re looking for variety! Keep reading to discover your next food stop for your next trip!

Right in the Trafford Centre, you can find some excellent Afro-Portuguese cuisine in Nando’s! Anyone who likes their food flame-grilled to perfection should try out this one. Who knows, you might enjoy the wide range of sauces and spices here!

One thing I loved from their menu was the Peri-Peri Chicken, especially the Extra Saucy wings. You can choose between a serving of three, five, or even ten super flavourful wings – a perfect bite to share with friends!

You might enjoy slurping up their Grilled Chicken Ramen. I can say for sure that I did! The chicken breast is marinated to perfection, while the noodles get a rich flavour from the broth. It’s the perfect comfort food if you’re craving some Japanese food!

Looking for a good, quick breakfast or brunch? Then try Greggs! This long-standing bakery chain has a branch in the Trafford Centre, just a good walk away from Trafford Park. So you can get all your morning coffee and bread needs met right there!

Everyone and their mum knows that when it comes to Greggs, you can’t go wrong with ordering their Sausage Roll! The well-seasoned meat inside will fill you right up, and it’s even better if you also get the latte. The latte’s sweetness will perk you up!

Sometimes, you don’t want to get a good bite alone, which is part of why Las Iguanas made this list! Many of their dishes come in shareable portions, making them perfect for when you’re hungry during a day out with friends. 

One thing you must not miss is the Taco Sharing Board (yes, if you’re a foodie like me, you can have this even when you’re alone!).

Chit ‘N’ Chaat serves authentic Indian food that’s spices and flavours galore! It’s worth a look if you’re also looking to try out some more exotic cuisine near Trafford Park.

One dish I’ll never stop recommending here would have to be the Chicken Kothu Roti. The chicken is nicely cooked with some flavourful spices, and it’s been stir fried to perfection. Just the kind of dish that you might need after a long day!
