What we like most about A+R Central Heating is their sheer scope of services, such as boiler replacement and upgrades, hot-water repairs, radiator and pipework, power-flushing, landlord certificates, and even electric boiler repair. It’s basically a one-stop shop for gas and heating. 

Speaking of landlord certificates, they can easily do the required safety check on gas appliances, flues and pipework to guarantee the property meets UK landlord regulations. 

And since they already handle repairs, servicing, and heating diagnostics, they can combine a CP12 check with routine maintenance or a service visit. On top of that, we feel reassured that they can drop by for emergency services, even beyond regular business hours. 

We did note some reports of late arrivals, though. So, you’ll probably have to double-check at least the day or an hour before your scheduled appointment. 

Nonetheless, we can’t deny their fast response and turnaround for repairs, which is a big deal in tricky situations.

Manchester Gas & Heating is a worthy speed-dial contact for landlords since they offer boiler servicing, repairs, installations and CP12 certification; they can handle everything in one visit. 

We like how comprehensive their boiler services are, too. They can take care of old equipment removal, flue sealing, boiler pressure, and more, so they pretty much handle all the logistics.

It’s worth mentioning that they service all domestic and commercial boilers, which means you can extend your existing boiler’s life regardless of its brand. However, they don’t focus much on non-boiler repairs for other gas appliances.
