Originally built in the mid-19th century as part of the old Reddish Hall estate, Reddish Vale Farm in Stockport was used to be a working dairy farm up until the late 1990s. But the Dillon family took over after it fell into disrepair and brought it back to life!
They transformed it into a full-blown animal farm park and riding school that’s been welcoming families since 1998.
What’s interesting is its evolution—it started with a riding school in 1997, followed by tearooms by ‘99, and then went all-out with the animal farm in 2003! It’s like they kept adding fun layers, from the outdoor adventure play areas to tractor rides on weekends.
