The 4 Best Clinics for a Proper Brow Lift in Manchester

Reputation – Before setting foot in the clinics ourselves, we factored in each one’s current reputation. Client reviews, practitioner credentials, and government authority ratings have been well-considered for this list.

Facilities – We also gauged how great (or not) each clinic’s facilities are. These include reception, treatment areas, and even the toilets!

Treatment and Aftercare – The quality of service, technique, bedside manner, and even aftercare instructions and monitoring surely are things that make or break any aesthetic treatment experience. A plus if they don’t upsell every time.

Communication – We appreciate doctors and aesthetic practitioners who can explain the procedures they do to clients ‘as if they’re five’. Those who never shy away from answering questions are more than noteworthy.

Pricing – Brow lifts can be just right for the pocket or be a strong pinch, depending on whether or not you have it surgically. We screened our top clinic picks for their value for money.

Unless you’ve been living under a rock or with no mirrors at home, you know the subtle effect of having unkempt brows on one’s appearance. And for us Mancunians, the only way is to look proper mint, not a mardy mess.

Finding that clinic to sort out droopy eyebrows is a tricky ordeal; we understand how important it is to find the best and do everything right the first time.

We’ve already introduced you to the best eyebrow threading spots in town, so now here’s a list of the top places to get a brow lift in Manchester. Let’s go!

Regency Eye Hospital is a great facility for eye surgery and facial aesthetic treatment.

At first glance, we’re already impressed, thanks to it being a standalone building with its own labs and operating theatres—initial consult to surgery and aftercare are done in-house. It’s a proper setup, giving off professional and trustworthy vibes right away.

If you plan to get a brow lift here, note that it’s in Wythenshawe—expect a drive coming from the city centre. Anyhow, those who make the trip are in luck as there’s free, on-site parking.

To add, the hospital staff are attentive to patients. Moreover, the expert oculoplastic surgeons here are thorough in consultations, as they clearly explain procedures and help clients set realistic expectations for their results.

Of course, this level of expertise doesn’t come cheap. A brow lift at Regency Eye will set you back around £5,000 (we gasped too), but many patients say the results are worth it.

Pros

  • Face and eye surgery specialists
  • Highly skilled surgeons
  • Affable staff
  • Free on-site parking
  • Great bedside manner and aftercare

Cons

  • Wythenshawe location
  • Steep pricing
  • Closed on Saturdays

Amazing brow lift experience

“I would like to thank all the team at the Face and Eye clinic and in particular Mr Paul Cannon who carried out my bilateral direct brow lift and upper lid blepharoplasty operation. The whole experience from start to finish was amazing and even though it is only 6 weeks since the operation I am thrilled with the results. Mr Cannon and his team did an excellent job and I can’t recommend them highly enough.”

Professional and delightful service

“Some 20 odd years ago I had a Bell’s palsy and as I have aged the right eye brow dropped and caused pressure on the eye socket . I had an appointment and then an operation to lift the eye brow by Miss Qistina Pilson .the whole procedure was dealt with in a professional manner and I am extremely delighted with the result .I would recommend Miss Pilson as a very caring surgeon and giving me confidence in the after care  Thank you”

If you’re not too keen on going under the knife, Derma Transform is worth checking out for its non-surgical brow lift. The treatment involves injecting Botox into targeted areas of the face to smooth out wrinkles and lift loose facial muscles.

Consultations are free, though you’ll need to plan your visit carefully.

This aesthetic clinic can be tricky to find since it’s only reachable via ginnel access—sketchy at first, but the clinic compound is impressively secure. It’s the only one on our list within actual gated premises.

The clinic itself is clean, stylish, and we felt like premium clients immediately walking into it.

Despite the upscale setting, brow lift treatment here is priced competitively. We also like that Derma Transform aims for subtle, natural-looking results rather than the frozen looks some clinics deliver.

Clients particularly loved Dr Kemi, one of their key practitioners, for her friendly manner and thorough approach to finding out the best for clients. We also felt the same in our chat.

Pros

  • Non-surgical (Botox) method
  • Natural-looking results
  • Competitive pricing
  • Secure and stylish clinic
  • Genial, professional staff
  • Free consultation

Cons

  • Tricky to find location

Thrilling treatment, result, and aftercare

“Dr Kemi was extremely professional, she put me at ease with her knowledge and patience. I had 3 areas of Botox and am thrilled with the result. I have previously had lip fillers here also and I was very happy with the treatment, result and aftercare. Thank you so much Dr Kemi.”

– Tracey Walsh, Google Review

Professional and reassuring approach

“Was recommended by a friend and couldnt have been more pleased with the results. Dr. Kemi was very professional, explaining everything about the procedure and asking what results i wanted to achieve. Im not the best with needles so loved the distraction device i was given to hold. I was talked through aftercare and given a leaflet which explained everything which was reassuring. Would definitely recommend, and will definitely be returning again”

A solid option for non-surgical brow lifts is the Academy Clinic on Quay Street. It also has two branches in London, which is a positive sign of business credibility and growth.

The Academy Clinic works similarly to a teaching hospital. While focusing on aesthetic treatments, it’s also a leading training centre for aesthetic practitioners.

We like that consultations are required for brow lift treatments for proper assessment, and the most suitable plan is tailored to patients.

What you should know, though, is that the Academy Clinic’s pricing structure varies depending on the level of expertise and privacy you want.

Paying the two highest tiers means private, one-on-one sessions with the clinic’s top practitioners, while the budget options basically make you a demo patient for trainees. It isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but worth managing expectations.

Besides that, the staff and students are friendly and still uphold professionalism, so the overall experience can still be comfy.

Pros

  • Non-surgical (Botox) method
  • Highly accessible location
  • One of three branches
  • Skilled and professional staff
  • Affordable, multi-tier pricing

Cons

  • Your case can become a demo

Couldn’t be recommended enough

“Have gone to skin viva for 5 years and can’t recommend it enough. Staff are great, bedside manner is fantastic, payment plans are accessible. Always really thorough when discussing options and what will be best for desired results. Have had lip filler, cheek filler previously and I religiously get my Botox there every 3 months.”

– Bethan Watts, Google Review

Tailored treatments

“After suffering a brow drop with the last six people I have tried botox with, Sharryn at skin viva wasn’t fazed.  She knew exactly where to inject not just standard injection point, she tailored the treatment for my face after a consultation.  Wow amazing results !! I am super happy and won’t be going anywhere else. Thankyou skin viva”

Beside Hardman Square sits a charming heritage structure in a sea of modern towers that’s home to the Dermaskin Clinic. You’ll spot it right away by its quirky red door, which opens into a sleek, well-designed reception space; very elegant if you ask us.

Dermaskin has four branches in the UK, mostly in the West, plus one in Wales. It specialises in facial aesthetic and dental procedures—a surprising but logical combo, since teeth play a key role in how someone’s facial attractiveness.

The doctors and aesthetic specialists here are known for their warmth and professionalism. Clients often praise how clear they explain each treatment, especially the use of Botox for their signature anti-wrinkle procedure that also lifts brows.

Price-wise, the Dermaskin Clinic considers brow lifts as bespoke treatments, so costs can run higher than the usual £160-320 they used to charge. Sure, a dealbreaker, but for the quality, service, and attention to detail you get, maybe just right.

Pros

  • City centre location
  • Clean, elegant clinic
  • One of four branches
  • Interesting speciality combo
  • Friendly and skilled staff

Cons

  • Bespoke brow lift pricing

Wonderful service throughout the years

“I have been going here for years and have always had a very positive experience. Dr Vik is always wonderfully efficient, thoughtful and skilled at what he does. I never leave unsatisfied after his fantastic services. Highly recommend this practice!”

– Nichole Mendoza, Google Review

Genuinely cares about results

“Doctor vik is a true artist! He is so skilful of how he places product and has done amazing work on my face each time I’ve visited him. Like another reviewer mentioned, he  always uses the right amount of product for the job also even if that means using less product and charging less meaning he loses out on money which is another thing that assures you get is the real deal and genuinely cares about the end results. Overall the best injector I’ve been to in the north west by far and believe me I’ve been to a lot! Don’t trust anyone else with your face!”
