Pros

  • Good for students of all ages
  • Has friendly and helpful teachers and students
  • Offers a wide range of genre
  • Offers other physical activities
  • Accessible location

Cons

  • No information about rates

While most dance classes are specialised in training children, we like Studio25 because they give adults a chance in enhancing their skills. We believe that this is a perfect studio for those who feel a little anxious about enrolling because of their age.

Since their staff members and other students are friendly and helpful, we are certain that you will not feel discriminated against. In fact, there are enrollees here who are in their 40s – some are even older.

We also like that they offer structured lessons at different levels. Whether you want to take lessons for casual fun or serious training, they can accommodate you with ease.

Furthermore, you can also choose from their wide variety of genres. Here, they offer ballet and street dance.

On top of that, other physical activities may interest you like martial arts.

As for their location, we like that they are strategically located at Church Street. You will be only three minutes away by foot to Market Street, where you can access various public transportation methods.

You can also bring your vehicle here. However, just keep in mind that finding a parking space can be tricky, especially during peak hours.

Unfortunately, there is no information about the rates of their classes. To get a quote, you may contact their team by phone or online form found on their website.

Pros

  • Offers a wide range of genres for all ages
  • Caters to all skill level
  • Has over 10 years of experience

Cons

  • Limited schedule for children’s classes

What made KNT Danceworks stand out to us is their inclusivity. Here, they have classes for all ages at any level.

They cover a wide range of genres, which includes ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, and many more. This makes it a great option for parents who want to take dance classes along with their children.

We also like that they have over ten years of experience in the field. With this, they have a set of loyal students who have been working with them for years.

Additionally, they have classes for advanced-level dancers, so there is really room for progression here. This is great news for prospective clients who are looking for long-term dance lessons.

As for their customer service, we are happy to share that they are also known for being friendly. In fact, most of their learners mentioned that all the staff members here are welcoming – perfect for young students.

They have specialised classes for children between the age of three and sixteen. Unfortunately, the schedule for such dance lessons is every Tuesday and Saturday only – which may not work around their school schedule.

However, if you can find a way to work around this timetable, we think that KNT Danceworks is a good investment based on everything we mentioned above.

Pros

  • Established in 2014
  • Friendly instructors and students
  • Open everyday
  • Has good facilities

Cons

  • Can be unresponsive to calls and emails

Since 2014, the GFFDamian Dance Studio has been a go-to place for adults who want to enhance their skills in pole dancing. Over the years, they were able to expand their services to other genres like aerial and acro dance.

We recommend them for people who are not only looking to regularly attend a fun physical activity, but also for those who are looking for friendship.

The safe environment established by the teachers here allows students to foster true camaraderie among themselves. For us, this also makes them a great option for those who are new in town and are looking to connect with fellow Mancunians.

Aside from this, we commend them for being open every day. This will allow those who have a busy lifestyle and limited free time to find a schedule that works best for them.

When it comes to their teachers, we like that they have a catalogue of the multiple instructors in their team. You may explore the credentials and specialisation of each one on their website.

There are also three spacious studios that you can use here. Along with that, they also have three bathrooms and two unisex changing areas that you can use before and after your dance lessons.

The only downside is that they can be unresponsive to calls and emails. With this, we think that it would be best to drop by their studio for any urgent concerns.

Pros

  • Provides the option to take lessons in groups or privately
  • Offers lessons for all skill levels and ages
  • Wide range of genres

Cons

  • No morning lessons

What we like the most about Salsa Freedom Dance Classes is the option to take dance lessons privately. We believe that this will be a great fit for shy students.

Aside from this, their one-on-one sessions will also work well for those who want to practice advanced-level dance, since they will have the undivided attention of their instructor.

As for those who prefer to learn in groups, they also have classes where they perform Rueda De Casino. This is also called Salsa Rueda where partners are switched in between moves and everyone dances in unison.

This type of dance also allows their student to expand their social circle, which makes it a strong option for those who are seeking new friendships.

Furthermore, many appreciate that they offer lessons for all types of skill levels and ages. We also commend them because the students mentioned that the instructors are flexible with the goal of the learner.

Aside from salsa lessons which cost £8 per session, they also offer lessons on other genres such as bachata, merengue, cha-cha-cha, and many more. This means that you can switch genres in case you want to explore other moves.

However, their classes start at two in the afternoon. For those who have free time in the morning only, it would be best to explore elsewhere.

Pros

  • Wide range of genre
  • Straightforward courses
  • Caters to all types of skill levels
  • Offers a student showcase service

Cons

  • Inconsistent operating hours

Bodybarre Studio is one of the first pole fitness studios in Manchester. Since then, they were able to attract students who want to explore their skills in pole dancing.

After several years in practice, they have now expanded their services to other genres such as aerial and burlesque. Through this, their learners can explore different dance styles.

We like that they are straightforward with their schedule and lesson plan. For instance, they have a four-week course on pole dancing for £48.

Through their informative website, you will have access to all the important details such as the instructor and the schedule of your sessions. They even provide a clip from previous sessions so that you can assess if the course is something that you fancy.

Furthermore, they also indicate the required skill level for each lesson. This allows their student to progress from beginner classes to advanced-level sessions.

On top of this, we also like that they have a student showcase service. Here, their students can either perform or watch their instructors and fellow learner perform on stage.

The only downside is that they have inconsistent operating hours, which can be confusing when you need to transact with their admin. With this, we think that it would be best to give them a call before dropping by their studio.
