After reviewing their services, we fully understood why a lot of dog owners turn to them for grooming. The first reason is that they have a team of dog lovers.

On top of this, all of their groomers are also qualified as Canine First Aiders. With this, we are sure that your dogs are safe at the hands of this team. 

When it comes to their services, the most popular one is called The Full Works. This includes a bath, blow dry, nail trimming, and deep-deshedding — which is something we recommend for those who cannot come to the groomer often.

However, we appreciate that they also offer a quicker Maintenance Grooming session. We believe that this is perfect for those who prefer coming to the groomer for shorter periods.

The only downside is that they can be very busy. According to a customer, it would be best to book appointments weeks in advance to make sure that you will have a slot. 

What made Pampered Paws Dog Grooming stand out to us is their extensive portfolio of beautifully groomed dogs. Upon checking their website, we are happy to see photographs of their previous happy clients.

One of the things that we noticed is they have a great technique in cutting, which makes all dogs look like puppies no matter what their age is. With this, we recommend them to clients who want their furry companion to look younger and fresher. 

Another thing that keeps us positive about them is that they are straightforward when it comes to their pricing. This is commendable as not many groomers practise this. 

A complete grooming session starts at £35 for small dogs, £40 for medium dogs, and £45 for large dogs. This includes a bath, blow-dry, brush, haircut, clipping, eye cleaning, and ear cleaning. 

Customers will be charged additionally in case the dog has a special condition. Before proceeding with any procedure,  they will check the coat of the dog to see if it would need additional treatments. 

We just wish that they would be more attentive to their clients when it comes to directions for the haircut of the dog. There are reports where they were not able to follow specific requests from customers. 

With this, it would be best to clarify if they understood what the customer is requesting and whether it is doable before starting with the session.

As for those who prefer online shopping, we appreciate that they also have an organised virtual catalogue on their website. Delivery fee is also waived for orders above £35 — which is a great bonus if you ask us!

We just wish that they open more branches so that they will be accessible to more pet owners. The good news is that they plan to open one at Manchester City Centre, but there is no final date yet.

When we spoke to the regular clients of Imperial Grooming, the first thing that most of them told us is that the staff members here are friendly to the dogs. 

We believe that having a good approach to the dogs is one of the most important qualities of a groomer, which is why we recommend them to you.

Another good thing about them is that their staff is also accommodating when it comes to appointment-setting. For customers who want to try their luck with a last-minute grooming session, we think they are your best bet in the area!

Just keep in mind that the best way to reach them is through the phone. However, we’re a bit iffy about some reports of customers whose enquiries were left unanswered after they left a message to the team.

Other than this, we believe that the team at Imperial Grooming is a reliable and flexible groomer for dogs in Manchester!

The thing about Dogz N Togz that stood out to us the most is their connection with their customers.  

According to their clients, the groomer is on a first-name basis with both the dog and its owner. With this, some of them were able to form a friendship with the groomer — which is great since personally knowing the groomer gives owners peace of mind.

We also like this rapport because dogs are calmer when they are handled by someone it is familiar with. This is also great for the peace of mind of their customers!

Furthermore, we like that they also have straightforward pricing. Full grooming services start at £30 for small dogs, £35 for medium dogs, and £40 for large dogs. 

On top of this, they also accept pet sitting for both dogs and cats. We believe that owners with multiple pets would benefit from this. 

We also appreciate that they have pet essentials available in-store. Here, customers can shop for leads, collars, shampoos, feeding bowls, and more while waiting for the grooming session to be completed. 

The only caveat is that they only have one groomer on their team. Because of this, we were a bit disappointed that they can sometimes have a long waiting list.

It’s also very rare for them to accommodate last-minute appointments. In fact, a regular even mentioned that they book their next appointment as soon as the grooming session is done. 

The Pooch Pod Manchester is a company that provides pets with accessible and comfortable spaces and grooming services ideal for all types of dog breeds and whatever size as well.

We like that they offer clients an online means of booking their services to ensure that their appointment will be adequately accommodated and given attention during the said date.

Aside from this, the groomers that they employ have adequate experience in the field and practice to ensure that clients get the best and most fitting grooming approach for the said dog.

Note though that their website doesn’t currently accommodate any online booking whatsoever hence, interested clients may need to inquire for more information on this through a much more direct means of communication.
