We think this can be a deal-breaker for those needing to secure employment as soon as possible.

It’s worth noting that, as a result of their extensive network and standing in the market, they’re usually given first dibs on some of the most coveted job openings in their field.

We’re further impressed to find that many of their recruiters have worked in the business before, so they know the ins and outs of it.

Furthermore, we like that Orchard’s recruiters value the connections they build with clients and candidates. We’ve seen that they devote significant time to learning about both parties to help search for the ideal position and applicant.

On the downside, we’ve found that most of their employees claim that the workload can be demanding. This must be due to them being Manchester’s most sought-after creative agency.

Furthermore, we were impressed to find that they provide temporary, contract, and permanent opportunities at all levels and types of education and assistance.

Notably, the Department for Education Quality Mark was presented to them in 2002, making them one of the first organisations to receive this honour!

For us, this means that the competition may be rigorous depending on the position and client that you’ll be assigned to.
