On that note, we love how they take customisations seriously. Before recommending locks and controllers from the get-go, they assess every door type, material, and entry requirement first. Thanks to this, it reduces future mishaps and improves longevity.

They’re also flexible with access technologies, such as proximity cards, fobs, keypads, and smartcard solutions. Plus, lost or stolen proximity cards can be deleted instantly via keypad or management software. This means quick, no-hassle security updates without needing site visits.

Here’s the thing, though: we noticed that while their systems support remote management, they don’t focus on high-end smart integrations. Say, you’re looking for enterprise-level automation or AI-driven surveillance, it’s best to discuss their extent of services before installation.

And beyond door access, they offer automatic barriers, turnstiles, and speed lanes that can also be integrated with their access systems. You can even manage pedestrian and vehicle entry with a single integrated solution. 

We also find their software and remote management to be incredibly user-friendly. It’s basically a handheld convenience, as it allows admins to update permissions, monitor activity, and remotely revoke lost cards. 

But it’s a bit of a bummer that they don’t focus on domestic properties; homeowners looking for smaller-scale installations might need to search around elsewhere. Still, their access control solutions and integration-ready systems make them a solid choice.

On the flipside, we did find a bit of a snag with their communication, particularly with their lack of responsiveness, as some clients shared their frustrations of not getting callbacks from the company. 

Regardless, we appreciate that they can take over existing systems and deliver upgrades without major disruptions—it saves you from spending on a full system replacement.

Speaking of system types, we quickly noted thay they focus heavily on the integration and maintenance of automated vehicle and gate systems. 

It’s quite a niche expertise; they also offer preventive maintenance plans to maximise the lifespan of gate motors and accessories, reduce breakdowns, and keep systems working as they should.

The drawback? They put less emphasis on non-gate access control. So, if you’re looking for complex access control like many internal doors with biometric readers, mobile credentials, or integration across many systems, then you might need to turn to other providers. 

But hey, we can’t deny their reliability with gate and vehicle access control systems, especially if you need extra servicing for your gates. It also helps that they work with multi-brand systems like FACC, BFT, Nice, and Came, making it easy for you to upgrade or avoid vendor lock-ins.
