On top of that, the clinic gives patients excellent services while charging less than what competitors ask. 

However, the clinic is known not to provide free consultations. Instead, it asks clients for expensive initial deposits priced from £50 to £700, depending on the complexity of the problem.

Although consumable, it’s still a big ask compared to other clinics offering the same services.

Fortunately, the clinic offers direct debit plans to help patients who are having trouble paying for their treatments. They pay through installments. 

With this feature, more people who wish to be seen by a dermatologist can access the clinic’s services. So if you’re on a tight budget, this clinic is for you. 

We also commend its dermatologist, Dr. Vik. He’s an excellent communicator who listens and discusses with clients the treatments and procedures they want.

In addition to Dr. Vik’s attitude, we would also like to praise the clinic’s other staff members who made clients feel comfortable and welcome.

Skin Doctor Clinics Manchester offers more than skin treatments and procedures. They also provide cosmetic services for the rest of your body, ensuring you get the face and body of your dreams.

We found that their patients highly commend their acne scarring treatments. The company uses Morpheus 8 to lift and tighten loose skin, delivering visible results even after one session.

The results last up to a year and a half, longer than similar treatments provided by other companies.

It also helps that the dermatologists in these establishments are excellent at reassuring their patients with any concerns they have in mind. 

The lead doctor’s 30 years of experience is comforting patients, knowing that they’re in good hands. This encourages trust between the doctor and the client.

However, patients complained about the long waiting lines at the clinic. The wait could last up to 15 minutes to an hour, which is a waste of the clients’ time.

Understandably, the clinic has lots of clients to tend to, but their management could still find a way to arrange appointments so that clients wouldn’t have to wait that long.

We also noticed that the clinic’s prices are slightly higher than those on this list. When choosing this clinic, inquire ahead, ask for their price list, and see if it fits your budget. 

We always love a company that offers a plethora of valuable services. Everything Skin Clinic™ provides a variety of treatments and procedures that not only gives the clients more options but also gives them the convenience of not having to go to another clinic.

Aside from having the most services on this list, this clinic can perform surgical procedures. These include treatments for angiokeratomas, lumps and bumps, and skin cancer; Mohs surgery; mole removal; and more.

Further adding convenience to its services, it also offers video consultations and has a shorter waiting time than most clinics on this list, a big plus in our books.

Recent patients praised these convenient options, and we understand why. 

But of course, convenience comes with a price. We compared prices and found this clinic’s services cost the most on this list. 

The clinic charges £250 for new consultations and £182 for skin prick tests, which are significantly higher than their competitors’ prices. Unlike other clinics, it doesn’t offer payment through installments. 

If you’re not worried about your budget, they’re an option we highly recommend.

If a clinic has more than one location, it’s a good indicator that it must be doing something right, and DestinationSkin is just that. 

The clinic is known for its big discounts with up to 60% on almost all their treatments. It also offers student discounts, given that they show their National Union of Students (NUS) card. 

The student discount takes 25% off all skin treatments and laser hair removals.

Clients who avail of these discounts are offered free consultations. However, this free offer is nullified by the fact that the clinic requires you to pay a £25 deposit when you book an appointment.

This, too, goes for its injectable treatments. Even after the initial meeting, patients are still required to pay deposits before acquiring the availed injections, with prices ranging from £25–£75.

The clinic said that the deposit is consumable for any treatment the patient wishes to proceed with. This might not be ideal to some, but we understand the clinic wants to ensure that patients follow through with their appointments.

Setting these aside, the dermatologist will do a deep examination during the initial consultation, complete with equipment. They’ll conduct simple tests on the patient’s skin to diagnose the patient and recommend treatments or procedures.

The clinic also has a website shop where it sells skin care products for different skin types. This is a good thing because it encourages its patients to care for themselves, which will help its treatments last longer.

Lumiere Clinic has more to offer than just the medical side of dermatology. It focuses on surgical and nonsurgical procedures and treatments.

Unlike other entries, this clinic offers cosmetic surgeries like breast enlargement, facelifts, body shaping, mummy makeovers, and more. This means that clients can meet all their dermatology needs in one place.

Also, it’s a plus that cosmetic surgery specialists offer free consultations. The staff at this clinic are so easy to talk to and gives honest advice.

It was nice to go to a clinic where the dermatologist tells clients the truth about possible treatments and procedures. 

One of the patients, Kim, said she was glad Dr. Tan told her to get a noninvasive procedure to tighten her skin instead of invasive surgery. This saved her time, money, and days to weeks of healing from the procedure.

The clinic also offers its clients gift vouchers for their family and friends. But it doesn’t offer discounts or deals, which we don’t think you’d need since its prices are fair and reasonable.

But if we have to nitpick its flaws, we think the clinic’s team is small. It only has two dermatologists.

Most of the time appointments are held longer than expected. If you don’t want to be on a long waiting list, this clinic isn’t for you.
