Nearly all customers we talked to praised how well they paid attention to the little details. Naturally, we had to investigate the accuracy of that. 

We started by asking for an estimate, and they gave us a detailed one. 

Now, it’s worth noting that customers reported that the company’s actual pricing after work was lower than the initial estimate. So, we were wondering if this would happen with us too.

At first, we were skeptical, honestly, but when they finished, they asked us for £950 less than their quotation for a complete kitchen renovation. This truly impressed us.

Although we all think this company is a perfect new home builder for nearly any project, you might want to consider its areas served. They mainly operate in Lancashire, meaning it’s 35 miles away from Manchester.

We talked to them and heard that they still serve Manchester areas but not all of them due to the distance. Nothing in this world is perfect, unfortunately. 

So, don’t be shocked if they tell you they don’t serve those areas when you call and ask where you live.

At the end of the day, Lancashire Home Life Renovations may be fantastic, but if you live in areas they don’t serve, this company can’t help you. 

AW Building Solutions Ltd has worked in this industry for 15 years, but does experience equal quality service? 

Well, it seems like it in this case. We chose this company due to their great reviews and recommendations from their customers. 

The highlight of every customer’s review was their excellent customer service. We have to say that it seemed justified in our experience with them.

We reached out to them and asked about their services, and they gladly asked essential questions like the budget, the location, how big the project could be, and so on. It was refreshing to talk to someone who valued our opinion. 

The crew and contractor seemed very friendly and helped us understand every step by answering our questions about the project. After they were done, we could genuinely see the detailed craftsmanship.

Even with the praises of quality work and customer service, we are hit with the cost of their services. Depending on the project, their work usually costs around  £2,000 –  £500,000. 

Despite the projects costing a bit more than usual, we could see the extra cost was worth it, considering their finished work. They also showed us transparency in their budgeting for the given allocation.

Of course, even the best companies have flaws, and this company is no exception. If you want to choose this company, we suggest you prepare a bigger budget. 

First off, we don’t love that we couldn’t find Elliot Construction’s complete list of services online. However, you can still inquire about them through their website like we did. 

Every review we read or heard was of good things. Customers applauded them for their superb craftsmanship, customer service, and pricing.

The praise was actually enough that it left us wondering, are they really that good?

We contacted the company through their website and asked questions about their services, and they answered promptly. We called them, asked for a quotation, and got a reasonably priced estimate. 

Later on, as they were working, they explained every cost and material used for the project. They proceeded to explain how the entire building process would go. 

They were also very professional, friendly, and honest in answering their questions. We felt that we were involved in the entire construction process, which we loved. 

Rendering excellent customer service is essential for a company for people to trust them. Elliot Constructions did just that. 

After the building process, we were delighted with their finished work. The crew’s craftsmanship looked like it was from a more experienced company.

We are impressed and amazed by how well they worked, considering their relative youth as a company. Overall, they’re easily among the best we found.  

What can a 20+year old home improvement company and master builder do? Quite a lot, as it turns out.

Even though their services are identical to the others on this list, the company has an advantage out of all these businesses in its experience.

We tried to contact the company and inquire about a project. We chatted with them through their website but waited longer than expected for them to reply. 

It took us a few days to get a reply from them, which was disappointing. When we finally got to chat with them, it was a bit robotic and very cold, but they did answer our questions in detail.

We understand that contacting this company is frustrating and that it could take literal days to get an answer. 

However, when we were able to avail of their personal service, it was actually pleasing to see a contractor that would be that friendly and helpful. We complimented him for his dedication to his work and his craftsmanship.

We now understand why the contractor has been the common denominator of customers’ praises about the company. 

Regarding their prices, they are a bit more costly. This may be due to their experience, garnered fame, and excellent results.

This company took our attention with its many five-star reviews from others. We decided to add them to the list for a number of reasons.

First, they were commended by the customers we talked to for their excellent customer service and friendly crew. Fortunately, when we actually interacted with them ourselves, we weren’t disappointed.

We asked the company about their services. We also asked for an estimate like we did with others, and they immediately responded in less than 4 minutes, which is pretty fast. 

We felt a warm presence while chatting with the representative, which is always nice. The downside is that they gave a bit more in their estimate than other companies. 

Aside from that, they also have fewer services offered, unlike the rest of the companies in this list, which had more to offer. 

Even with this setback, we saw how well they handled the project given to them, though. We came away feeling that the price was actually justified.

It’s also worth noting that the crew and contractor were very focused on their work. We saw their dedication to finishing the project, and they even involved us every step of the way, valuing our thoughts and ideas.
