They offer all sorts of cleaning services, but it’s their thorough and all-inclusive end of tenancy cleaning that reeled us in. They’ll bring all the equipment and non-hazardous supplies for complete internal cleaning, and it includes the oven already.

A service worth highlighting is their antiviral sanitisation, which kills harmful bacteria. It’s worth adding to the end of tenancy service, especially for homes or flats that were left in poor condition.

We were astounded by the results we’ve seen. Their cleaners managed to vacuum, mop, and dust all the areas, and the places looked brand new once they were done.

Except for some miscommunications, which led to incorrect quotations, we were pleased overall. They offer a 72-hour guarantee if they missed some areas, and you can contact them any day of the week!

Very thorough and very quick

“Absolutely fantastic service. Very thorough and, with a team of 3 people, also very quick (only a couple of hours for the entire 2 bedroom flat). I tried to tidy up the rooms, but unavoidably there was stuff around, which they moved around to clean everywhere. Some cupboards were not empty, but they moved stuff around and cleaned everything, including all appliances inside (e.g. oven, microwave, grill and toaster). Floor and bathtub are now sparkling. I had a chat at the beginning, to clarify what I wanted them to do and what not to touch and everything was as I asked. I wish I had also asked for steam cleaning of carpets, as it would have come out cheaper than calling them another time, but I’m very satisfied with what I asked them to do. Will use their services again!”

Plus, an additional service that stands out is their electrostatic disinfection, which will decontaminate spaces. What’s brilliant is that it can reach tight spots.

Meticulous is a word that came to mind when we saw how they cleaned. They’re reliable by making sure everything has gotten a good scrub and is spotless.

Communication wasn’t an issue as well, since their team arrived right on schedule and were quick to respond to inquiries. When you look at the price, they’re one of the most competitive in the area, and a good value for the amount of work they do.

For instance, their end of tenancy cleaning services include dusting and wiping every crack and crevice to ensure the home or flat will look brand new. Their cleaners will handle the equipment and supplies, so you won’t have to worry about that.

We particularly like their hot shampoo cleaning service, which can be an add-on. Basically, you can have mattresses and sofas deep-cleaned before a new tenant moves in.

From what we’ve observed, they’re a thorough service all around. Clients we spoke with were surprised at how spotless their flats looked and how fast the cleaners worked, even when the homes looked a bit worn out.

Communication isn’t a perfect score, as there can be delays in responding during busy months. Other than that, they’re fairly easy to talk with, especially regarding quotes and schedules.

The overall cleaning has been spot on, from dusting furniture to cleaning the bathroom tiles. They made a good first impression on most clients, which resulted in a lot of them returning for other cleaning services.

We appreciate their daily availability, although last-minute services aren’t guaranteed. While that’s a bit of a bummer, it’s lovely that they’ll try to accommodate requests at the last moment, if possible.

Once we dug deep, we learned that they have even more flexible schedules. Their cleaners are available for same-day service and on bank holidays, another pleasantly surprising thing.

We were also fond of their comprehensive services, as their end of tenancy clean includes cleaning kitchen cupboards, degreasing, and disinfecting. All these are done using the latest equipment and eco-friendly products, ensuring effective cleaning.

They did a fantastic job, by the way. One of the clients we spoke with had rented a flat for over a decade, and the cleaning crew managed to make it look pristine, which speaks volumes about the thorough work they do.

It’s a shame to hear some reports of miscommunication between the client and the cleaning staff. Nevertheless, the pricing has been fair and transparent, considering they gave out accurate quotations.
