If there’s one thing we loved about Verdure Floral Design, it’s that they’ll get you any flower for any occasion, or mood! And when we mean any flower, we mean any flower.

But the best part about their selection? They have some of the most #aesthetic arrangements! We could tell they put lots of care and thought into each piece, probably why they were just great to look at.

We just wish the photos on their website were a bit more accurate; it was annoying seeing inconsistencies.

Another annoying thing was that even simple arrangements could be really expensive. And another thing, we could only get consultations on floral arrangements via appointment, so keep that in mind too!

Looking through what they offered, we knew one thing for sure: no matter how tall the order, they could deliver! They’ve got variety and convenience all in one with their services and speedy delivery!

They can also have flowers arranged in more elaborate ways! So if you want to wow attendees at any kind of gathering, you could have them arrange gorgeous floral wreaths and garlands.

We were just disappointed to find that many of their offerings were expensive! While we didn’t mind it for most of what they offered (can’t argue when they’re good at what they do!), seeing that even simple 3-flower bouquets were pricey did peeve us a little.

Another thing that peeved us was that the packaging could use some improvement—definitely lower your expectations a bit if they promise a speedy delivery!

“Honestly cannot praise this place enough – I spoke to them via WhatsApp after struggling with my address when ordering online, they sorted me out immediately and agreed they could still deliver the same day even though i’d missed the cut off. There was an issue delivering to the address so the driver took them back to the shop, the lady I’d dealt with then agreed to deliver them herself at a more suitable time on her way home after closing up the shop that evening! Incredible and attentive service, pleasant and friendly interaction and to top it off the flowers are of course perfect!”

Now, this will be great if you want to give some apology flowers fresh off an argument!

From what we’ve seen, Clocktower Florist has some of the freshest flowers on this side of Manchester! We also appreciate the fact that they do event and venue decoration, including maintenance for floral decorations.

The best part is that they’ll also try to keep their flowers as fresh as possible, even when delivering them. So even with their deliveries, you can still get a new-looking bunch!

But, we found out that they only do deliveries if the pickup is within 5 miles of their store. So any farther than that, and you’ll have to opt out of delivery!

Another issue we noticed with their delivery services was that they’re not the most organised bunch. So even if you manage to order a delivery, you’ll have to prepare yourself for a delayed one!

Flower picking can be a really hands-on business, which is why we really appreciate it when a store also does a hands-on approach!

When we went into Northern Flower’s studio, we were guided every step of the way, and they were really friendly and professional too! As another bonus, their selection was pretty easy on our wallets! Even their cheaper products were pretty good! 

Though if there’s one thing we learned after buying from them, it’s that the quality goes down with the price! When we received the flowers we ordered, we were a bit disappointed since the packaging wasn’t as beautiful as the pictures on their website.

And if you decide to check out their selection, you’ll notice that they don’t have a very detailed set of arrangements, compared to the other stores we listed here.

Flower Style Manchester lets you order right from the comfort of your room, and they don’t disappoint!

While their stock is rather limited, they make up for it with how beautiful it is! Plus, they helped us figure out which flowers would be great to be included in the bouquets we ordered, which we really appreciated. 

Their décor services for events like weddings and funerals also didn’t disappoint! They always make sure to coordinate with the vision their customers have in mind.

And as another plus, they can do same-day deliveries too! So all the ordering and receiving can be done from the comfort of your home! The only downside is that they’ll only do deliveries if you’re within 10 miles of their store. 

Otherwise, you’ll have to personally come to the store yourself!

Pleased ‘other half’ and friend

“Sorry it took so long to leave this review. I ordered two bouquets to be delivered to the Clayton Hotel recently. We were in Manchester for the Andre Rieu concert on a four day break. One was for ‘the other half’. The other was a gift, for some friends of ours. Who moved to Manchester a few years ago. Both bouquets were in the room when we got our keys. They were both very good. I got brownie points from ‘er in doors and our friends were very pleased with their flowers. Ours lasted for about two weeks. We received another thank you from our friends for theirs, in a recent Easter card.
