If it’s your first time dealing with this and you have no idea what to do, having them is a lifesaver, especially in redeeming grants. They can handle the Boiler Upgrade Scheme paperwork and application for you, so you can snag up to £7,500 of financial support for your installation.

Another aspect we appreciate is the clear process you go through for any of their services. For heat pumps, they start off with a pre-survey, a price guide, set you up with a full detailed survey, quote, and then install—it makes things easier to monitor and control. 

That said, say you submit the pre-survey on a Friday night, you might have to wait until Monday to hear from them since they’re closed on weekends. Luckily, they do respond relatively quickly.
