They can accommodate you, from basically anywhere: home, work, or roadside. It’s also a huge win that they are true to their 24/7 emergency services, which means you can rely on them to rescue you when your car breaks down or if it’s suddenly not road-safe.

We also have to give them a shoutout for their speedy callouts and thoughtfulness. For instance, there are many cases wherein they reach their clients within 20 to 30 minutes after the call, and one even mentioned how the mechanic followed them to the motorway just in case.

On the flipside, they don’t have any explicit warranty terms, so make sure to ask if there are any guarantees, besides the manufacturer’s warranty for replacement OEM parts.

One of the cool things about GM Mobile Mechanics is that their vans are fully equipped and are packed with tools, parts, and essentials to handle jobs swiftly. If the parts need to be delivered, we noted how quick their deliveries are; some arrive as soon as the next day.

That said, they can efficiently handle basic battery or brake work, clutch replacements, steering, suspension, fuel-system issues, diagnostics, and full servicing. Keep in mind, they don’t have explicit warranties, so you’ll need to get that part straight before committing.

Now, their emergency services are also a big win. Many people call them for breakdowns or non-starters, which we think is a better bet than calling a towing company.  

It also helps that they can actually finish the job quickly without sacrificing quality. Some of the clients we talked to shared that they were surprised to see them come and fix the issue within one hour after calling, which is quite impressive.

The standout with Ariel Mobile Mechanic is their DPF cleaning, which means you won’t need to tow your car to a garage if the exhaust filter is clogged. It’s also a crucial part of your maintenance to help exhaust flow freely, reduce back-pressure, and have better performance. 

Beyond that, they also offer diagnostics and repair services, which means if there are other issues like engine, sensors, or exhaust concerns, they can spot and fix them in one visit.

We also like that they provide a 12-month warranty for jobs as long as the provided parts were supplied by them, which isn’t much of a condition since they’re the ones who’ll come to you with their in-stock parts.

The only drawback is that they’re closed on weekends, limiting their availability, especially if you want them to go to your home, where you can monitor them on your days off.

The good news is that they’re incredibly efficient and prompt with their work. If you called them for relatively minor work, then the mechanic can wrap things up within an hour.

They also highlight round-the-clock service availability for urgent fixes or breakdowns. So having them in your contacts is handy since they can get to you even during late nights, weekends, or holidays.

And it’s worth noting that they work on all types of cars, regardless of make or model. Plus, they even offer fleet maintenance, which is useful if you have to manage multiple vehicles without having to bring them out one by one or disrupt schedules. 

The main concern we have is their lack of explicit warranty coverage. And many people look out for this since repairs and parts can be pricey. 

Despite that, we have to commend them for being thorough with each job.
