However, there are things that we think they can improve on. For instance, it would be best if they make their facilities more accessible to disabled patients.

Unfortunately, we’ve gathered reports where there are no dropped kerbs for a wheelchair in their area.

On top of this, there are also instances where the staff members or the doctors themselves came across as rude to the patients. 

However, keep in mind that compared to those who are happy with the treatment that they’ve received, these complaints are significantly fewer.
