Startups can use Landmark Space’s building address for its registration documents and mail handling services, which are included in each virtual office membership tier. Moreover, telephone call answering and forwarding are available at reasonable additional rates. 

We’re just a bit stumped on the management’s decision; it would’ve been so much better if the phone handling services were already part of the standard tiers instead of add-ons.

Nevertheless, Landmark Space’s virtual office staff are always ready to assist with business needs, providing a highly trained and professional support team. Overall, the services make us highly consider this provider if ever the call for a virtual office arises.

Orega’s longevity at this location is impressive, especially considering it survived the pandemic lockdowns. While many factors contribute to its success, we have some insights into why it has thrived.

First and foremost, Orega’s strategic and beautiful location plays a significant role. The office floor enhances the appeal with access to a rooftop and ample open area seating for coworking, meetings, and relaxation.

Additionally, the virtual office service is a major advantage. It offers three tiers, with options for monthly or annual payments. This flexibility allows businesses to use the King Street address (and other Orega locations) for business registration and daily operations.

While we appreciate the variety of inclusions in each service tier, including access to Orega’s VIP and meeting rooms, we noticed that telephone call handling is only available in the most expensive tier. This is something to consider if your business relies heavily on phone calls.

However, the meeting rooms could use some improvement, as the largest one currently accommodates only up to eight people. For larger gatherings, incspaces offers an event venue on the top floor, which is a great alternative.

The ever-reliable admin staff at Regus Lowry Mill make setting up a virtual office here a breeze. 

Among all the places we’ve inquired about, Regus offers the cheapest starter virtual office package. However, this only includes the use of the Lowry Mill as your official business address and could benefit from more inclusions.

Nevertheless, if you’re willing to spend a few more pounds for more virtual office services, then it wouldn’t be an issue at all.
