- FAQs about Total Ninja in Manchester
Ever watch Ninja Warrior and wonder if you could do all that? I reckon I can’t. I may not be the strongest and the fittest in the group, but still… I’d like to try.
The brilliant news is that we can finally see if we can do the really tough and not-your-usual challenges right here in Manchester! Sure, they’re not going to be as high or as difficult, but it’s a good start for people like me!
If you’re ready for a challenge, check out our guide for Total Ninja, the first-ever ninja park in the UK! Try your strength, balance, and agility, and you may have the “last ninja standing” written in your future!
What is Total Ninja?
Total Ninja is an indoor obstacle course with an inflatable park. It has 26 challenges in total, with various obstacles that will test your strength, endurance, and balance.
Best Time to Go to Total Ninja
Weekdays at Total Ninja will have fewer people, preferably right around the opening time at 10:00 AM. Pop in the morning, which usually has a lighter turnout.
Summer hols will be booked, since the kids are out of school. Weekdays will still generally have a thinner crowd than weekends, in the mornings rather than the afternoons.

What Are the Courses in Total Ninja
Inflatable Course

The inflatable course is massive, given it’s one of the UK’s biggest inflatable parks! It’s open for adults and kids aged 4 and up—there’s no age limit!
It’s a fun challenge in an air-filled structure with loads of obstacles that will have you jumping, climbing, sliding, and crawling all around. There are slides, rock climbing areas, leap zones, and all sorts of kid-friendly obstacles.
Aside from the obstacle courses, there’s a free play zone in the middle, where visitors can enjoy unstructured play. There’s a sense of freedom for the kids, giving them the choice on how they want to play.
Fixed Ninja Courses

With 26 challenges in total, there’s plenty to do at Total Ninja even for adults. The fixed ninja courses will challenge your physical abilities, but safely, of course.
Tap into your inner ninja and conquer these challenges. Give these hurdles a go to test your strength and see what you can do.
This part of the venue mimics obstacles from Ninja Warrior, like the warped wall, spider wall, sea of swings, rotating logs, and monkey bars. If you want to see if you have a chance at being the ultimate ninja, this is your chance to try it out!
What Are the Special Sessions in Total Ninja
Adults Only Sessions

Over 18s will have a grand time challenging their mates during the adults-only session. These are available for an hour a night on the first and last Friday of the month, where Total Ninja obstacles are exclusive to those 18 and up.
This isn’t going to be a different course. Challengers will tackle the fixed obstacles or bounce around the inflatable course. It’s up to you whether you want to unleash your inner ninja or hop around the bouncy course for some fun.
This is THE moment for competitive ninjas, complete with a nice soundtrack of throwback and modern hits, to finish the challenges in record time and earn a spot on the leaderboard!
Women’s Wellness Sessions

This one’s for the ladies only—a time where no male ninjas are allowed on the obstacle courses! Girls ages 14 and up are welcome to attend this 1-hour event.
The Women’s Wellness Session is a safe space for all the ladies who want to challenge themselves, receive guidance from the crew, or train without gymtimidation.
