You may know her from her exposure on television and radio shows that featured her talents. On top of this, she is also a judge in national and international hairdressing competitions. 

Unfortunately, she is no longer accepting new clients due to high demand. However, she personally trained her staff members who follow the same technique that she does.

As for their services, we are happy to share that they are gender-inclusive. They offer haircuts for both men and women.

Additionally, they are also experts when it comes to gender-neutral styling haircuts. Due to this, we highly recommend this salon to those who aren’t afraid to bend the gender norms of hairstyling.

We also like that they have different pricing depending on the stylist that you would prefer. The most affordable one is at £50, where your hair will be handled by one of their new talents.

On the other hand, in case Melissa Timperley’s schedule frees up, it would cost you £85 to get a haircut from here.

Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about their haircutting. While we found that many of the clients at Nicky Oliver Hairdressing were delighted with their haircut, some weren’t satisfied.

According to them, they needed to visit another hairstylist to fix unflattering mistakes in their haircuts. However, since the quality of their haircuts is inconsistent, it would be best to be careful in choosing the specific stylist who will handle your hair.

On top of this, we also admire that their shampoos, conditioners, and styling products are all 100% vegan. In addition, when it comes to hair color, they use the Aveda Full Spectrum, which is known to be 97% naturally derived and gentle to their hair.

Most of the products they use can also be purchased from them. Their customers mentioned that this makes purchasing vegan hair care products very convenient.

Furthermore, their staff members are also trained to be mindful in using these items so that every drop will count and none will go to waste.

Just keep in mind that they have hiccups when it comes to setting appointments. For example, there have been multiple complaints about a client’s schedule being moved to a different day without notice.

Therefore, we recommend you call on the day of your appointment to confirm with them before heading there.

James Roberts Hair and Beauty stand out because they pay close attention to the request of their clients. And this is why we recommend them for those who have a specific haircut in mind.

On top of this, we also like that they offer a wide range of services. In fact, among all the entries on this list, they provide the most comprehensive selection of hair and beauty treatments.

While many of their clients are happy with their services here, we noted that some have complaints.

For example, some customers were disappointed when they came in and allowed the stylists to decide the haircut that would suit them the most. According to them, the rate they paid wasn’t justified as they only received a basic haircut.

Another good thing about them is that they are affiliated with Face Clinic Aesthetics. Therefore, you can avail yourself of their services, such as anti-wrinkle injections, skin boosters, and PRP therapy at Vox.

Just don’t forget to set an appointment for any type of procedure you wish to get from them. Since the salon is busy, there is no assurance that they can cater to walk-in clients.

Speaking of appointments, we recommend checking with them on the day of your schedule before heading to the salon. We received several reports where Vox Hairdressing provided a different stylist to the client due to a conflict in the schedule.
