They offer loads of services, like waterproofing and damp proofing, which we did like a lot. It makes them a one-stop destination for various property issues, like condensation and structural damage.

Plus, their work has been brilliant! They were quick but efficient, all without compromising their quality of service—speaks volumes about their standards!

It’s no shocker since they use the proper and complete equipment, like moisture metres and thermal imaging, to ensure they exactly trace damp areas. From what we’ve seen, they’re accurate!

Their experience not only involves residential and commercial properties but also listed buildings—brilliant!

However, they’re more focused on basement waterproofing and not other areas of the house. It’s all right, honestly, because everything else compensates for it.

You can’t beat a service that has everything in one place, and Trace Basements has got waterproofing sorted out. They’ve got the whole package, should you need to waterproof your home!

So, their services are waterproofing for basements, cellars, garages, and decks, as well as damp proofing and timber repairs. Basically, they offer all sorts of waterproofing for simple and complex issues, making them a go-to for moisture problems.

It’s brilliant that they’re experienced in handling issues in new and old properties, including historic buildings. Based on our observations, they know how to preserve the stunning features of listed buildings.

As for the team, we had no trouble reaching them. It’s nice how quickly they responded to our queries, and some clients noted how lovely they were to deal with, although there may be a long line of clients in peak seasons.

The high standards we’ve seen have been smashing, given that clients didn’t have moisture issues after the job!

JAG Remedials is more than a maintenance company. Their specialisation in remedial works is quite handy for property maintenance and to avoid high repair costs in the long run.

They mainly work on basement waterproofing and tanking, but they don’t specialise in other areas of the property. Then again, they offer various damp treatments. 

Their responsiveness went down well with our staff, particularly resulting in quick service. From what we’ve observed, their team can start providing quotations in no time (within two days, usually), and their jobs are completed dead on time!

One more thing we were chuffed with is their ability to work within the budget. It doesn’t mean they compromise on materials and work quality, it just means that they carefully plan everything and provide accurate quotes—brilliant!

Most clients also noted their professionalism by arriving on time and always tidying up. For us, their good customer service makes their slightly long wait list not worth stressing over anymore!

One of our picks for waterproofing is Advantage Plastering & Damp Proofing because of their friendly yet professional service. For instance, these chaps were polite and respectful throughout the whole job, which most clients praised them for!

Their services aren’t as extensive as we’d like (they don’t offer structural repairs for those badly water-damaged areas), but it’s still enough for us. Aside from waterproofing, they also provide damp proofing and mould removal.

How did they fare? They fared brilliantly! Their waterproofing jobs were completed skillfully, as there weren’t any complaints about moisture or bad odours anymore!

It’s also worth highlighting that their team worked efficiently, including tidying up! Their communication was excellent as well because they responded quickly, even during busy schedules.

They mostly work on residential properties, however. Even though their services are a bit limited, their prices are fair, especially for the overall standards we’ve seen, so it all evens out.

We were in awe upon learning all of the offerings of Timberwise, a company that specialises in property care and preservation. There are loads of options that can help with water damage!

Their services include basement waterproofing, damp proofing, condensation control, and wet rot treatments. They essentially have it all for residential and commercial properties!

As far as their work quality goes, we were delighted! During our surveys, we noticed that their team was very knowledgeable about waterproofing in various kinds of properties and was thorough when checking for water damage.

Additionally, they remained professional throughout, as these blokes arrived at the jobsite on time and completed their tasks efficiently. Although it’s tough to get a schedule, they still work on Saturdays.

We also found their prices fair in the area, but their surveys to check for damp issues, if you’re selling or buying a home, are slightly higher compared to others. Nonetheless, they did these accurately!
