Even with this setback, clients we talked to said that they love that the firm’s team of experts can handle legal matters quickly and effectively. They gave them the best pieces of advice and direction, leading to a successful settlement.

They also love that the company gives the best prices on this list. They have the most cost-efficient prices, which can help clients on a budget. 

Clients are also pleased with their swift and systematic process. However, this quickness can lead to impersonal service. 

This isn’t ideal because family lawyers deal with tense familial relationships and a solid personal connection with their client would help put the client at ease. We think this approach is something the company should consider improving.

Clients reported that the team wasn’t keen on updating them and sometimes would take 24–48 hours to respond to emails, which isn’t ideal for emergent questions and actions.
