They mainly focus on kitchen and bathroom renovations, but they’ve still got a knack for commercial services. But there’s not a lot to go around, service-wise, since there’s not too much variety when compared to other renovation contractors in Manchester.

When we talk about house extensions and modern renovations in Manchester, Mobin Building LTD is a name that comes to mind. Their portfolio has been impressive since we first saw them, as they can turn yawn-worthy rooms into absolute lush.

They specialise in modern construction, so expect energy-efficient and highly practical designs. The catch is, they’re not the most ideal for Victorian home renovations.

It’s also a bummer that they don’t work on commercial properties. Still, they can handle anything related to residential renovations, such as remodels, extensions, and conversions.

Their professionalism takes centre stage. They’re easy to work with, even during renovations, where they try to keep things running smoothly without rocking the whole house—no disruption is impossible, but they keep it as minimal as much as they can.
