20 Stories is known for being an exceptional romantic restaurant, so we decided to check what the buzz is about. Overall, we’re glad to say they didn’t disappoint!

When it comes to their menu, they truly excel with a menu that offers a diverse range of dishes, showcasing the best of the Northwest. Here, they have succulent steaks to delicate seafood creations

Additionally, we like that they use locally sourced ingredients,adding a delightful touch to each culinary masterpiece.

We’re also glad that securing a table here is a breeze compared to other renowned establishments in Manchester. All you need to do is give them a call and their attentive front desk will accommodate you. 

In terms of rates, the prices reflect the upscale nature of the establishment. However, we think that this will be worth it for those who want to experience culinary artistry and exceptional service.

Unfortunately, some people we spoke with  have expressed disappointment when it comes to the limited options for vegans. According to them, an expanded variety would be greatly appreciated.

Additionally, a few patrons have encountered issues with the management and experienced subpar customer service.

Despite these instances, we believe 20 Stories is worth the try, as most couples we surveyed were happy with their experience here.

Rosso Restaurant & Bar is a charming and atmospheric establishment that promises a delightful and romantic dining experience. We like that it has a  rich heritage inspired by Southern Italy.

When it comes to food, they offer a diverse menu that caters to a range of tastes — which is great if your date is a foodie. We commend the carefully curated selection includes both traditional Italian favourites and innovative dishes from mouth watering pizzas and pastas to fresh fish and succulent meats. 

The value for money here is also evident in the generous portion sizes, allowing couples to indulge in a satisfying and romantic meal. While not the most affordable option, the prices are reasonable considering the exceptional food, ambience, and attentive customer service provided.

Speaking of customer service, we learned that they truly excel in this area. The attentive and friendly staff members here go above and beyond to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. 

Just keep in mind that some guests have expressed disappointment in the presentation of certain dishes.  They even added that more attention could be given to making the dishes more visually appealing.

Additionally, a few guests have mentioned the high noise levels, particularly when the restaurant gets busy, which may detract from the intimate ambience that couples seek.

The Sparrows Continental Pasta & Spätzle has proven itself to be a fantastic choice for couples seeking a romantic dining experience. We were impressed to learn that this modern continental restaurant has garnered positive reviews in various publications.

In fact, they have even been recognized by the esteemed Michelin Guide. 

When it comes to food, The Sparrows excels in both consistency and variety. The menu showcases a wide range of handcrafted European dumplings and pasta dishes, with a special emphasis on their speciality, Spätzle.

From Russian Pelmeni to Polish Pierogi and Italian Ravioli, we find it interesting that the menu offers an enticing selection of European classics that are sure to delight couples seeking a unique and flavorful dining experience.

Accessibility is not an issue at The Sparrows. In fact they are located in the city centre – which makes finding the restaurant relatively easy.

The customer service here is highly regarded. We learned that the friendly and knowledgeable staff members go above and beyond to provide a personalised and attentive dining experience – perfect for date nights, right?

Customers also mentioned that the crew members are well-educated about the menu and take the time to provide extra information on ingredients. We give them plus points for this as it enhances the overall dining experience.

However, there have been a few instances where the service fell short, with delays in seating and occasional mix-ups with orders, which can be disappointing for couples looking for a flawless experience.

63 Degrees is a French restaurant in the city that has gained recognition for its unique cooking technique and delectable flavours. 

The food here is loved by its regulars for its consistent taste. We like that the menu offers a variety of dishes, with standout options like Foie Gras and Rack of Lamb.

We also discovered that the customer service here has generally been praised, with attentive and accommodating staff members enhancing the overall dining experience.

When it comes to finding a good romantic restaurant, Grand Pacific Manchester stands out as a delightful choice. 

Let’s start with the food, here there is definitely something for everyone. From the sharing platter to Asian spiced duck cottage pie, the dishes showcase a delightful blend of British and Oriental styles, making it a memorable culinary experience for couples.

It’s also nice that securing a table at Grand Pacific is relatively easy. However, we suggest booking in advance for special occasions as it can get packed here during peak season.

The stunning 19th-century architecture of the Manchester Liberal Reform Club provides a beautiful backdrop for romantic evenings, creating an ambience that transports diners to a bygone era of high society. We believe that this makes them a great spot for those who want to get beautiful images with their partner taken.

Although it may be slightly pricier than some alternatives, we believe that the quality of the dining experience justifies the investment for couples seeking a romantic experience.

They also shine in the aspect of customer service. In fact, we praise that the attentive and friendly wait staff ensures that couples feel welcomed and well taken care of during their visit.

Unfortunately, some diners have mentioned issues with cold plates and serving temperatures. Additionally, there have been instances where the restaurant fell short of expectations, with some visitors expressing disappointment with the limited food options due to availability.
