Another thing that we want to highlight is that they cater to different budgets. From what we’ve seen, the prices here range from £1875 to £2800.

In addition, we love their well-lit fitting rooms, elegantly designed decor, and spacious viewing areas. Since dress shopping can be a stressful event, we love that the overall ambiance of their shop makes the experience more delightful rather than stressful.

Even so, we can’t help but mention some downsides we noticed.For one, their offerings gravitate towards more classic styles, so trendier brides might not find something suitable to their tastes.

Furthermore, their popularity means that they have a high demand for appointments. This can sometimes make it challenging to secure a slot, particularly during peak wedding seasons. So make sure to plan ahead!

Stepping into Jean Jackson Couture in Turner Street is akin to entering a dream sequence. With their combination of aesthetics, and functionality, we’re impressed by that they resonate with a bohemian bride’s heart.

Furthermore, we love that they also offer bridal suits, which we think is perfect for those who want a unique statement on their big day!

Another thing that impressed us is how highly praised their staff is. According to some brides we spoke with, their staff has a passion for perfection and attention to detail.

We love that this can elevate the shopping experience from a mere retail therapy to a treasured memory.

But what we’re a bit iffy about is their limited selection. From what we’ve seen, their collection is limited to classic styles.

For example, Moon Child is their most affordable line, with dresses that start at £725. Meanwhile, their more expensive Rue De Seine line can cost as much as £3350, a price tag that might dim the sparkle in the eyes of budget-conscious brides.

And as much as we love the wide range of prices, from what we’ve seen, their styles can make some brides wish for designs that aren’t included in the assortment.

Nevertheless, we think that the carefully chosen collection of gowns at Jean Jackson Couture shows unmistakably great artistic curation.

Swarbricks Suit Hire & Bridal Shop is a testament to refinement and distinction. Notably, it has carved a niche in the hearts of couples preparing for their special day due to its dual offering of suit hire and bridal elegance.

From what we’ve seen, couples will certainly take their time enjoying the well picked collections in their expansive showroom. It’s also a plus that the place exudes an air of grandeur and grace, effectively placing its customers in the proper mood.

That said, Swarbricks’ collection, while exquisite, might cater more to traditional and classic tastes. So, couples seeking avant-garde or highly unique designs might find the offerings slightly limited.

But overall, we think couples will love how Swarbricks strikes a balance between quality and affordability.

Furthermore, their team is knowledgeable and well-liked by the clients we’ve spoken with. We’re pleased by how they managed to make each couple feel like royalty in their selected ensembles.

Lastly, make sure that you schedule with them beforehand because they’re an appointment-based establishment. This means some appointments can take longer to secure, and we don’t want that to add stress for the bride.

The unique thing about them is that all of their dresses are donated. We love that this makes them one of the most affordable options on our list.

If you’re worried about quality, there may be some wear-and-tear on some gowns. But what you’ll be glad to know is that their beautiful designer gowns are no older than five years.

Furthermore, Fairytale Brides have a meticulous process before accepting donations to make sure that their gowns are still well-kept and in good condition for the next bride to use. 

We also like that they offer bridal accessories, such as veils, hairpieces, jewellery, and even belts! But because of the nature of their products, they don’t sell prom, formal, bridesmaid or mother-of-the-bride gowns.

In addition, we also want to highlight their exceptional customer service. From our surveys, their consultants are like personal stylists with a sprinkle of fairy dust – attentive, knowledgeable, and ready to make you feel like the belle of the ball!

All things considered, they’re a solid choice for brides who don’t want to have to choose between their dream dress and their dream honeymoon. But hey, maybe you can have both, right?

Launched in 1972, Stella’s Wedding Dresses is one of the longest-established bridal shops in Manchester. In our books, this boutique offers brides a truly unique and enjoyable experience in search of the perfect wedding dress. 

From our surveys, we noticed how many customers commended their customer service. From the initial viewing to the final fitting, many were happy about the friendly staff and their attention to detail. 

We also want to highlight their comfortable and relaxed surroundings. We think that this is a big plus, especially during the stress of planning a wedding.

In terms of their offerings, we appreciate that they have diverse collections catering to not only brides but their entire entourage. This means fewer hassles when it comes to having a cohesive theme for the big day.

However, we noted that their offerings do come with a higher price tag compared to other establishments. We think this is something for budget-conscious brides to consider when shopping with them.

That said, we’ve found that they’re pretty popular around the area because they accept both walk-ins and advanced bookings. But, in our opinion, this can pose a challenge during peak wedding seasons.

Despite this, we still think they’re a solid choice for brides who want the luxurious experience of dress shopping.

Nevertheless, it’s a good thing to remember that the allure of bespoke designs and luxury fabrics can come with a financial pull that may require careful decision-making.
